You can watch our chef prepare for you the meals you have prechosen*. Apart from learning more about the food and preparation of the dishes you will find out which wines best match each course. You will taste some of the best cuisine of the region and share the secrets, recipes and handy tips whilst enjoying a pleasurable and unique experience. Transfer from the villa to the hills of Sorrento. Arrive at our restaurant and start preparing pizza. Each participant will have the chance to become a true pizza maker with pasta and ingredients. Dinner with pizza. Duration 2h.

Transfer to a famous ice cream shop in the centre of Sorrento. Your customers will get all the ingredients ready to make their own handmade gelato choosing from 5/6 different flavours. After having received all the instructions, they put the ingredients in the gelato machine and be ready to taste the result! at the end they ‘ll taste of different flavours. Duration 3h.

Departure from the villa is at 9.00am. Arrive at Limoncello factory to be shown how this liquor is made after which you will visit a coffee roasting factory and a honey producer. Then it is on to the pasta factory in Gragnano where you will see how pasta is made and participate in the production process. Lunch. Return to Sorrento at 3.30pm

A truly magical experience. Our teacher will be at the villa to give a session of your choice in the garden at sunset. There is also the possibility to have a gym session with our personal trainer.

Depart from the villa at 10.00am with a guide. Visit the town centre, stopping at the cathedral then a pleasant walk in the amazing old town. Through the old, Roman, narrow streets guests can choose local seasonal products for dinner from any one of the many typical shops. A chef will come to the villa that evening to prepare the food for you to enjoy. Departure at 10:00 am return at 12:00.

10:00 am: arrival at the restaurant and pre-lesson briefing, with an interpreter explaining the schedule for cooking course. 1.00pm: at the end of the lesson participants will take a seat at the dining table and sample the meals they have cooked. 2.00pm: return to villa. Typical menu: started caprese, pasta gnocchi alla sorrentina, second parmigiana di melenzane, dessert delizia al limone. Duration 3h.

This is one of the best excursions for those who want to visit the Isalnd of Capri, especially in summer time when you can take a swim during your boat trip or bask in the sun. transfer from the Villa to the port. Departure with private boat, stop at the Blue Grotto. Dock at Marina Piccola on Capri, with free time to visit the island on your own. Boat tour of the Island, passing under the Faraglioni Rock formations. Drinks and snack will be provided on board. Duration 8 hours

Departure from the villa at 08:00 a.m. Minibus shuttle service to the Pompeian excavation sites. Meeting the tour guide and sightseeing at the world’s most famous ruins. About 2 hours later, transfer to a vineyard. Vineyard sightseeing, including information on and sampling of various local wines.  Light lunch with regional specialties and wine. Departure 08:00 hours return at 3:30 pm

Transfer to the port where they board on a private boat. Start the cruise around the bay of Salerno towards Amalfi. Passing by Nerano, the Emeraldo Grotto and Li Galli Island. They will have stops for swimming and snorkelling. On arrival at the port of Amalfi they will have free time to explore the town. Board the boat for the return. Stop in Positano “the pearl of the Amalfi Coast”. Return to the late afternoon in the villa. Duration 8 hours.

Transfer from the villa at 8.45am to the port.  Depart for Ischia at 9.30am. On the island meet your guide and a private mini coach. Visit Forio, Casmicciola, Sant Angelo and Ischia Porto. If you wish you can spend some relaxation time at the oldest Thermal bath on the island. Back to the villa early evening. Departure 08:30 hrs at 18:30
